John Payne
President
Mr. Payne, has 14 years of experience in sports and entertainment. As Director of Corporate and Broadcast Media Sales for RDV Sports (NBA Orlando Magic, IHL Orlando Solar Bears, etc.), in four years, Mr. Payne increased revenue from $8 million to $24 million. Mr. Payne previously worked in sales at the San Antonio Spurs. Mr. Payne is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and resides in Winter Park with his wife, Deanne, sons, JP and Parker and daughter, Ava.
Chris Beauchamp
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Beauchamp, previously founded and was President of an arena advertising company that continues to provide advertising for 25 of the country’s top sports arenas. As President, Mr. Beauchamp built successful brands around clients’ needs, while striving to be at the forefront of innovation.
An avid inventor, Mr. Beauchamp holds a number of patents registered with the United States Patent Office. Mr. Beauchamp is a graduate of Colorado College and resides in Sanford.
Ben Grauer
Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Grauer, has over 12 years of experience in marketing, sales and management, and oversees Monster Media’s real estate and business operations. A licensed real estate broker, Mr. Grauer has been responsible for the sale of residential communities, commercial shopping centers and large acreage tracts. Mr. Grauer is a graduate of Florida State University and resides in Winter Garden with his wife, Wendy, and their children, Zack and Lauren.
David McKie
UK Director
David McKie founded and ran a successful interactive electronics company in North America for the last few years prior to joining Monster Media to open Monster Media UK. David has worked in interactive electronics and media for over 10 years in Europe, Asia and North America successfully building businesses in new markets and satisfying customer demand for innovative solutions. David has a BA from Hons and MSC from Glasgow University and currently resides in North London.
Hallie Stiglitz
Senior Vice President of Communications
Ms. Stiglitz, has nine years of sales and marketing experience in the sports industry. Prior to joining Monster Media, Ms. Stiglitz was a Client Manager for Pepsi Sports at Genesco Sports in New York and worked with sponsorship sales on the team side, for both the Jacksonville Jaguars and RDV Sports (NBA Orlando Magic, IHL Orlando Solar Bears, etc.). Ms. Stiglitz is a graduate of the University of Florida and resides in Orlando.
Natalie Brokaw
Vice President of Marketing & Client Services
Ms. Brokaw has over seven years of experience in marketing, corporate sales and community service. Ms. Brokaw has worked for the Orlando Magic, where she developed programs for the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation and managed accounts such as Disney and Pepsi. Ms. Brokaw also played an integral role in developing a sales and marketing training program at John Hancock Financial. Ms. Brokaw is a graduate of Emory University and resides in Oviedo.
James Laurino
Director of Research & Development
Mr. Laurino is a self taught expert in projection technology, industrial design, display integration and fabrication, with a background in network technologies. Mr. Laurino leads the integration and testing of new devices, technologies and components, while focusing on reliability and expanded capabilities. Mr. Laurino has led high- profile installations in venues, such as: Grand Central Station, MGM Grand and JFK Airport. Mr. Laurino resides in Orlando.
