John Payne

President

John Payne, has 14 years of experience in sports and entertainment. As Director of Corporate and Broadcast Media Sales for RDV Sports (NBA Orlando Magic, IHL Orlando Solar Bears, etc.), in four years, John increased revenue from $8 million to $24 million. John previously worked in sales at the San Antonio Spurs.  John is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and resides in Winter Park with his wife, Deanne, sons, JP and Parker and daughter, Ava.

Chris Beauchamp

Chief Executive Officer

Chris Beauchamp has owned and run multiple media companies in the last 16 years. He is considered a pioneer in the interactive digital space which is quickly becoming mainstream.  The top media companies in the world continue to rely on his advice and digital vision to help pave the way for the future. A graduate from Colorado College, Chris is an avid inventor and holds a number of patents registered with the United States Patent Office. He resides in Lake Mary with his two fat bulldogs Moose and Oscar.

Ben Grauer

Senior Vice President of Business Development

Ben Grauer, has over 15 years of experience in marketing, sales and management, and oversees Monster Media’s real estate and business operations. A licensed real estate broker, Ben has been responsible for the sale of residential communities, commercial shopping centers and large acreage tracts.  Ben is a graduate of Florida State University and resides in Winter Garden with his wife, Wendy, and their children, Zack, Lauren and Chase.

Pedro Andres Sanchez

Senior Vice President, Creative Technology

Pedro A. Sanchez has 11 years of experience in digital media including, motion graphics, print, interaction design and web development.  With a passion for technology and immersive multimedia, Pedro found a natural fit at Monster Media.  Pedro has worked on hundreds of campaigns, many award winning with global recognition and is responsible for building the multidisciplinary–creative team behind Monster Media’s innovative executions.   Currently he leads all technology and creative efforts, bringing them together with the goal of achieving the best DOOH experiences possible. 

Natalie Brokaw

Vice President of Marketing & Client Services

Natalie Brokaw has over seven years of experience in marketing, corporate sales and community service.  Natalie has worked for the Orlando Magic, where she developed programs for the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation and managed accounts such as Disney and Pepsi.  Natalie also played an integral role in developing a sales and marketing training program at John Hancock Financial.  Natalie is a graduate of Emory University and resides in Maitland.

James Laurino

Director of Research & Development

James Laurino is a self taught expert in projection technology, industrial design, display integration and fabrication, with a background in network technologies.  James leads the integration and testing of new devices, technologies and components, while focusing on reliability and expanded capabilities.  James has led high-profile installations in venues, such as: Grand Central Station, MGM Grand and JFK Airport.  James resides in Orlando.
