John Payne

President, has 14 years of experience in the sports and entertainment world. Mr. Payne has worked on all levels of professional sports from sales through management. As Director of Corporate and Broadcast Media Sales for RDV Sports (NBA Orlando Magic, IHL Orlando Solar Bears, WNBA Miracle and the RDV Sports complex), Mr. Payne grew revenues from 8 million dollars to 24 million in a four-year period. Mr. Payne was also responsible for selling the naming rights of the Orlando Arena to T.D. Waterhouse. Prior to his collective nine years at RDV Sports, Mr. Payne spent five years at the San Antonio Spurs in sales. A graduate of Southern Methodist University, Mr. Payne currently resides in Winter Park with his wife, Deanne and his two sons, JP and Parker.

Chris Beauchamp

Chief Executive Officer, previously founded and was President of an arena advertising company that continues to provide advertising for twenty-five of the top sports arenas in the country. Mr. Beauchamp concentrated his efforts throughout his tenure on building a successful brand based around his client’s needs while striving to be at the forefront of innovation. A graduate from Colorado College, Mr. Beauchamp is an avid inventor and holds a number of patents registered with the United States Patent Office.


Katherine Prevallet

Project Manager, Logistics and Technology Management for temporary programs; Window FX and tradeshows. Katherine arrived at Monster Media with eight years project management experience in technology consulting and construction technology. Most of her PM experience has been focused on change management consulting and technology training implementation within the DoD and Fortune 500 companies who implemented SAP. Specialty areas of business are managing large scale technology implementations while simultaneously focusing strongly on the true impact that change will have of the human capital factor. A graduate of Virginia Tech, Katherine currently resides in Oviedo with both her husband and her favorite canine companion.

Hallie Stiglitz

Senior Vice President of Communications, has nine years of sales and marketing experience in the sports industry. Ms. Stiglitz joined Monster Media from Genesco Sports Enterprises in New York where she was a Client Manager for Pepsi Sports. Ms. Stiglitz was responsible for carrying out Pepsi’s NFL and AVP relationships as well as their MLS, MLB, and NFL youth sports programs. Prior to her time in New York, Ms. Stiglitz spent time in sponsorship sales on the team side working for both the Jacksonville Jaguars and RDV Sports (NBA Orlando Magic, IHL Orlando Solar Bears, WNBA Miracle and the RDV Sports Complex). Ms. Stiglitz is a graduate of the University of Florida and currently resides in Orlando, Florida.


Natalie Brokaw

Vice President, Marketing & Client Services, comes to Monster Media with over seven years of experience in marketing, corporate sales and community service. Ms. Brokaw joined Monster Media from the Orlando Magic where she developed programs for the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation as well as managed accounts such as Disney, Marriott, Geico and Pepsi. Prior to her move to Orlando, Ms. Brokaw played an integral role in developing a sales and marketing training program at John Hancock Financial. A graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, Ms. Brokaw currently resides in Oviedo, FL.

James Laurino

Director, Research & Development, is a self taught expert in projection technology, industrial design, display integration and fabrication, as well as a background in network technologies. Mr. Laurino leads the integration and testing of new devices, technologies and components at Monster Media with a focus on reliability and expanded capabilities. His leadership in many high profile installations include venues such as Grand Central Station, Union Square NYC, Virign Megastore Times Sq., The Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand, CES '07, JFK Airport, Newark Airport and The Luxor Hotel.
