Job Description
The Client Services Coordinator is expected to manage and exceed client expectations for all facets of client management, development and execution.
Strive to ensure the highest standards of quality of client materials and, as appropriate, develop best practices protocols for quality control. Above all, their role is to keep
overall client satisfaction levels high.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintaining of Monster Media's Sales Force through database management and proposal formulation.
- Report internally, on a regular basis, on client performance metrics.
- Follow up with clients to ensure that their inquiries have been dealt with in a satisfactory manner.
- Responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to increase client retention and grow revenue from existing clients.
- Track all Monster Media sales and pending sales as well as all communication with clients and ad production.
- Create and distribute a detailed activation kit that guides all clients through the Monster Media process.
- Input and maintain Marketline database management.
- Respond to all venue contact issues and up-keep.
- Oversee Monster Media Production and fulfillment processes for all Monster Media advertising:
- Initialize from inception of Agreement
- Contact contracted company to discuss ad creativity
- Create and send Production order to printer/manufacturer
- Venue artwork proof with client (signoff before further movement)
- Constant conversation with manufacturer with regards to orders and inventory
- Track shipment of inventory to venue
- Track installation process and completion
- Validate completion with pictures from venue contact
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Agency Experience required
- At least 2 years of professional work experience with interactive media.
- 2-3 years sales and/or client fulfillment experience.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively (proactive, not reactive thinker).
- High-level client service skills, communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and interpersonal skills: diplomatic, professional and composed.
- Understanding of employee sales process plans and information systems.
- Knowledge of database management.
